recreational shooter. The flat nose of the bullet and the sharp edge
of the driving band tends to punch a clean hole in the
target making it easy to check your score without having to go down
range. The tapered edge of the round enables it to be loaded
into the cylinder using a speed loader. This ammunition is suitable
for use in all .44 Magnum revolvers. It does not feed well in
tubular magazine rifles. This is a medium recoil round. Like all of our quality reloaded ammunition, we recommend that you not use
this ammo in firearms manufactured by Rubbermaid, Tupperware, Glock or Mattel. This ammunition is loaded with a .44 Caliber, 240 Grain Lead Semi Wadcutter, hard cast bullet manufactured with new virgin casting alloy. Our bullet alloy is made to order using 92 percent lead, 4 percent tin and 4 percent antimony. This alloy combined with the excellent lubrication properties of Magma Bullet Lube creates an excellent bullet hard enough to prevent leading in most ammunition applications. Most target shooters prefer a lead cast bullet due to increased accuracy. The only drawback to cast lead bullets is increased smoke when shooting due to the burning of the bullet lubricant, however the increased accuracy of cast lead bullets usually outweighs the inconvenience of having to clean your gun. These bullets are available from us at gunshows as well as via direct shipment for those ordering over the phone. Lead bullets are packaged in boxes of 500 and mailed using USPS Priority mail. This is usually reloaded ammunition. It is target grade ammunition and is not meant for self defense applications.
